Consultation fee, cancellation & refund termsSelect a consultation to view the applicable fee.

Confirmation: the applicable consultation amount shown for your selected appointment is payable to confirm a paid strategy session.
Cancellation with notice: cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment and your paid amount is refundable; a cancellation administration fee of up to AUD 10.00 may apply.
Late cancellation / no-show: cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will forfeit the consultation amount paid.
Rescheduling: there is no fee to reschedule an appointment.
Service credit: if you engage our professional services within 14 days of the consultation, the initial consultation fee will be credited toward the final invoice, subject to the applicable service terms.
